Some comments regarding Culturlann workshop

This Thursday we went to the Culturlann McAdam O Fiaich Irish language centre on the Falls Road in west Belfast. Morris recalled going to the barbers opposite the arts centre when he was a young boy " No body worried who you were then " he said. Since this workshop was to be the last before Christmas, Emair, the centre's director was very helpful and organised a festive event centred around the personal decoration of Christmas bobbles. A collection of these were provided along with a range of different coloured graphic pens that we used to decorate the bobbles. Moreen wrote happy Christmas in Irish on hers this started a lot of conversation about the pronunciation and spelling of '' Nullaig Shonna ", the Irish for Happy Christmas frenetically pronounced nulag cunna.
